This method is used to compare the property with another property of the same type. Instead of a Boolean it must return a MatchingConfidence that expresses how confident the match is.
Note: For the matching, the implementer MUST assume that "this" is always the property that belongs to the vulnerable product and other is the property that belongs to the (potentially) affected component.
